Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong size or item.
Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging unless the defect itself makes this impossible.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, email us at [contact@hugoson.store] with your order number and any relevant photos or videos of the issue.
Once your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse, and the shipping cost for us to send the new item back to you.
The warehouse will only process the exchange after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets our conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and the product details before purchasing.
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale/clearance products are final sale.
Opened or used skincare products are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If an exchange is approved, store credit will be issued (minus a 10% restocking fee) instead of a monetary refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases.
Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
A trackable shipping method must be used — we cannot process exchanges for lost or untraceable returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will either:
Send a replacement at no cost, orIssue store credit (minus a restocking fee).

Unapproved or ineligible exchanges will be refused.
Lifetime Insurance Policy
In addition to our standard return policies, we offer a Lifetime Insurance option on all our products, providing you with peace of mind and flexibility for the rest of your life. This means that as long as you're a customer with us, you can take advantage of this policy. Lifetime Insurance will obviously discontinue if the store ceases operations.
When you purchase the Lifetime Insurance, you gain the following rights:
Exchange: You have the right to exchange your product at any time during the coverage period.
Refund: You are entitled to a refund on the Lifetime Insurance at any time. Please note that the refund will apply only to the cost of the Lifetime Insurance, not the original product price.
Alternative Product: In some cases, if you prefer, we will ship you a product of your choice, as long as the value of the new product does not exceed $170. This is an alternative to an exchange or refund and is available at your discretion. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost in this case.

You may choose between an exchange, a refund of the insurance amount, or a new product under $170.
This insurance lasts for the lifetime of the customer—as long as you're a customer with us, you're eligible for the benefits.
By purchasing the Lifetime Insurance, you are agreeing to these terms and gaining access to the above-mentioned benefits.
